Expeditor abend

While trying to expedit a program XXX, it abends. The error shown in LOG is
XPD1144 ADSRA193 MODULE XXX HAS BEEN COMPILED WITH THE COBOL OPTIMIZE
COMPILER OPTION
Can anyone help me to fix this error?

Hello,

Check with your support people or others on your project for the proper jcl to compile a program that is to be debugged.

There is probably already a standard for this and you should use what is standard.
