Linkage data not being passed

I'm calling a program using xpediter but the data is not being passed to the called program. I believe this is some sort of set up issue om my profile because my coworkers executing the same program are able to recieve the data under their own profiles. Checked everthing i could to find diffference in my profile versus a co workers profile that works. Can find any differences. Bothe profiles are using same JCL, source and load modules. Cant figure out what we have missed. I also ran program outside of Xpediter and the linkage data is passed without issue. Any thoughts????
