Hi There!
Could anyone tel me the difference between Checkout and Backout in ChangeMan ?

Checkout - notifies changeman that you are going to use certain components and puts them into the respective work libraries
Backout - backs out a change that has been implemented or promoted to a higher level - if I remember correctly
