how to let changeman to use my defined panel?
i tried to changed the changeman's primary screen to add some options in the screen, but it always used changeman's ISPPLIB before my ISPPLIB, is there any good idea to search my ISPPLIB before changeman's ISPPLIB?

Talk to your site support group, and in particular the person who isntalled Changeman, who can help you achieve what you want. If you are wanting to make your change just for your user id, or if you are wanting your change to be in effect for everyone at your site, your support group would be the starting point for assistance.

By changing your logon procedure - which may need the consent and help of your TSO admin. And why do you want to change a products panels? Everyone else in the world seems to be able to handle things as they are. Also, the product owner may not approve of changes to their software - it may be against their licence agreement. This is something that you may have to check with admin/legal.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.
