I have a CA-7 Job which runs 7 days a week.
I have a server down time this weekend-Sunday. I need to place the job on HOLD only on Sunday, this week.
I aware, we can place the job on HOLD after the Saturday's run. Is is possible to HOLD the Sunday's run alone prior to Saturday?
Please advise.

Re: HOLD CA-7 Job on a Particular Day
What do your scheduling group say? They are the ones that know your set-up and CA-7's capabilities and the preferred way of doing what you want.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.

Scheduling group said we need to wait until the completion of Saturday's run. After that we can HOLD the job of Sunday's run.
Any idea for this scenario?

What ideas do you think you need? You follow the scheduling group's advice -- after the Saturday run completes, put the job on hold then. We are not here to help you avoid your site support group's recommendations.
