d.sch, i was able to find the answer for whc i had posted earlier

Bind card is used to run the job on specified region on particular Lpar.

m not sure if it is a local terminology... :(

After crossing verifying with many JCL's i came to know why the Bind card is used for.

Hello,

Let us know if you find this terminology in any CA publication or in JCL that is not used on your system.

Things/terms used only one or a few systems are local. When one has experience on systems of one organization, it is a common mistake to believe that the same is true elsewhere.
