CA-7 Dataset requirement

Did any of you guys have a Batch IN card for making the DSN requiment changes in DB permanently
After defining the job(or) after making a change , we load/Re-load the JCL in CA-7 & we make the Datasets permanent, by manually changing the PERM parameter from N to Y
I was thinking if any of you have a JCl batch SYSIN card to make these changes in batch, so it would be easy to a mass update.
I have JCL's for other commands like LOAD,JOb=xxxxxxxx
