I'm learning CA-7 and What is RMS step?
I've googled it but i didn't got.

Why not try reading the manual(s). If you are learning it then you, probably, have it installed so the manuals will be available. If it isn't installed at your place then you ain't going to get far in learning it - at best an overview.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.
