Using REX in CA-7 and tracking joblogs-Urgent

Postby Renu1982 » Fri Apr 19, 2013 11:18 am

Hi,

I am in need of using rex
1. To get all the dependencies of the JOB in CA-7.I am tracking it in an excel and its tedious to track one by one since there are 3200 jobs.
The command that I use in CA7 is

LJOb,JOB=<jobname>,LIST=ALL

2.For the same set of Jobs which runs in each region,we have a JOBLOGA when it finishes its run.I need to take each job and track its start time and execution time for the same 3200 jobs. And few of them are adhoc, monthly, yearly or adhoc.which makes it more tedious

As of now what we do is

Jobname-->given as RK* if its RK sequence
Date-->-365:0 gives the listing jobs till date starting from 365 days counted back

Please help.

Thanks and Regards,
Renu Krishnamma.

There is not a lot of expertise in CA-7 on this forum. And since you need this code so urgently, are you willing to pay the going rates (typically about 1000 US dollars or equivalent per day) for people who provide you code? If not, you need to get your management to hire a consultant to help you meet the urgent need. Stop pestering on this forum for answers.
