This is Gajendra. I am planing to do mainframes. but my qualification back ground was B,com commerce and MBA in finance. Will i eligible to do mainframe course, will i get jobs in mainframes. kindly give me good suggestion.

Most possibly none of us is representative of any such institutes, suggest you please get in touch with some near by institute to know the procedure they follow. Also, all institutes follows their own processes - so they are the best source of information for such a query.
