Help with Quest Central for DB2 tool

All other tools like QACenter, Strobe, Endevor, Telon, APAS, Scheduler, Auditor, DATA-XPERT, CoolGen, Intertest, AdvantageGen, COBTEST etc.

Help with Quest Central for DB2 tool

Hi

I am using Quest Central for DB2 a third party tool. While connecting to a database i am getting follwoing error
"Access violation at address 00000000. Read of address 00000000"

If anyone has worked on this tool before then please help.
