Try googling. Find out what sort of software UCC11 is. Once you know what UCC11 is, then it might make more sense to you. Your site will have documentation for UCC11.

When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort
