Tracemaster (from Macro 4)

I am wishing to find (and hire on an hourly basis) someone who understands Tracemaster well enough to guide me thru the setup process in my ISPF environment. The product is installed where I work, but little used as no one can wade thru the setup process successfully.
Can anyone suggest such a resource or where to find one ?
