Unable to invoke SAS

All other tools like QACenter, Strobe, Endevor, Telon, APAS, Scheduler, Auditor, DATA-XPERT, CoolGen, Intertest, AdvantageGen, COBTEST etc.

Unable to invoke SAS

Hi,

I'm unable to invoke SAS in z/Os, getting below error message

Code: Select all


SAS ENDED DUE TO ERROR+                                                    
SYSTEM ABEND CODE EC6 REASON CODE 008                                      
    37 *-*   "SELECT CMD(%SAS "PARM")"                                /**/  
       +++ RC(-1286144) +++

My ID has access to Unix System Services...

Could anyone please help?

What does the manual say about that abend code and reason code?
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.

Hi NicC,

I spoke to Unix System Services Support team and they fixed it by modifying my access levels on USS. Now it is fixed... Thank you
