Measuring MIPS for a CICS region

I am looking for a way in which we can determine the amount of MIPS consumeb by a CICS region. I assume that this can be determined using STROBE report. But, I am interested in knowing is there any way by which we can determine the amount of MIPS consumed by the I/O access (i.e. Databases and VSAM files)?
