Hi All,

I have been using ESP tool for 2years in production control analyst environment.

I have few queries.
1. Is there any other environment this tool is used.
2. Usage of this tool - to know about the job prospects by knowing this tool.
3. Which one is better to learn ESP, CA7, Control-M (again in terms of job prospects)
4. Does any one used Beta92 tool (a tool used to check the status of the job other than spool)

Regards,
Selvanagarajan

Hello,

For questions 1 & 2 suggest you look on the CA web site.

For q3, the product used by your current or planned new employer is probably best for job opportunities.
Once you are knowledgable with one scheduling product, it is not too difficult to learn another.

I don't know any organization currently using beta92. It is a product with which i'm not familiar.

Hi selvanagarajan,

1. Is there any other environment this tool is used.

This ESP Cybermation tool can be used on Windows Environment too as a ESP Workload Application. Like Mainframe, here you can Schedule and Trigger events what you have in Mainframes. You can see the jobs flow in Grapihcal representation.

2. Usage of this tool - to know about the job prospects by knowing this tool.

Here is the path http://mvs1.iicc.ca/onldoc/Cybermation/Users52.pdf. For more information, Google it.

3. Does any one used Beta92 tool (a tool used to check the status of the job other than spool)

Currently I'm Using Beta92. Output Management System used to restore jobs for 99 days.

Thanks
