Hi i was new to NDM process while i was trying to copy a member from one Lpar to other lpar it showing error as

FROM APPL.ODDC.PREP.DB2.DDLLIB CN(INTERNAL)
TO T5049MR.INCLLIB CN(INTERNAL)

Start by looking up the SVSL003I message.

Seems pretty straight-forward to me. Delete that target dataset first.
