I am new to this forum, does anyone have TBase technical reference pdf or doc ...etc. I want to learnd TBase but i couldn't find any support materials online.

unfortunately You cannot have what You ask for !

not all companies are willing to share manuals ( as IBM does )
furthermore most of them enforce strict COPYRIGHT by which
their material cannot be SHARED ( posted or linked to) .
and it seems that Data Kinetics ( http://www.dkl.com ) belongs to this category

there is a customer login button, if Your organization is licensed for the product
the manuals will be available for download

And, as it is not an IBM tool the topic has been moved to the correct place.
