Dear friend.
I work in the company which develop and support the banking industeries. Our company provide the program (load module) and we define this load modules to CICS and this programs calls by numrous terminal that we called them requsters.
Banks that we are servicing them has an apllication called Teller system that sends the request to the host or mainframe (send transaction to CICS).In many cases we face to very errors so we not expected them. Another part of our task is running JCL's to doeing batch processing after branch (banks) work time. This JCL's incloude accounting procedures, financial documents registering (DUPLEXOUT) and reporting of banks activities.
Now we test load modules (which produced and developted by other people in our organization) actions and behaviors just right same the banks tellers (bank employee). My means we have a simulated branch environment that simulate the teller application and we send the request(by VSAT) to host (center) to call the specified transaction an then load module which defined in CICS previously.
So How I can setup a better testing environment (to have ability) for example sending large amount of diffrent requests to CICS and then inspect the load module reaction?
Is ther any other ways tahh you suggest me to do. Our is there any tools or separate component that we can buy and use in our mainfreame for testing purpuse.
PLZ help me. Because its very boring to do a teller action and then see the result. Its seems very amateur way and not a professoinal task.

PLZ help me.

No whining please, this is a professional IT forum.

why not google Yourself !
there are quite a few tools designed for such a task
but none of them is free

given the organization You work for it seems strange that the usage of such a tool has not already been investigated
why not speak to Your <command> chain to find out ???

Googling automated mainframe testing returns over 3 million hits and several on the very first page will give you information you need.
