that' s NOT a jcl error , it is an ABEND
for a SC03 abend involve Your support

If you google sc03 the first result, for me, gave a temporary fix - open your VSAM data set as input not I/O. This may not be possible. To fix properly a system software update needs to be applied which is why your system support must be consulted. But you could have found that out yourself if you had googled first which is the recommended course of action before posting. Posting should be the last attempt at fixing a problem.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.
