You've shown us no SQL, no JCL, no sysouts -- nothing, in fact, that would lead us to not to believe that you aren't seeing the reflection of a Post-it note on your monitor.

SQLCODE = -803, ERROR: AN INSERTED OR UPDATED VALUE IS INVALID
BECAUSE INDEX IN INDEX SPACE NPSCXWD1 CONSTRAINS COLUMNS OF THE TABLE
SO NO TWO ROWS CAN CONTAIN DUPLICATE VALUES IN THOSE COLUMNS. RID OF
EXISTING ROW IS X'0030010711.

While inserting into the table i'm getting this error k

So, even with this very limited amount of information, don't you think you are trying to insert/update that would give a duplicate value, when this is not allowed according to an index that exists for the table?
