Hello Everyone!
Does anybody knows where I can download an image of z/OS v2.2 or V2.3 for install it in a Hercules Emulator and if there is a tutorial to mount it, this just for study and practice purpose.
I know that there is an z/OS v 1.9 rolling in the web, but that version is already obsolete for the products I want to install.
Best Regards!

IBM only licenses z/OS for system z and zPDT systems, and only IBM PartnerWorld partners and IBM employees can get zPDT systems. It is a violation of copyright to run any version of z/OS on Hercules -- even if it is only for "study and practice purpose" (sic).
So you're telling us and the world that you want to break the law and have us help you do that.

My apologies!
I didn't know, and even imagine that, this because how you would you use a z/OS for a pirate thing?
That's why mainframe world is in trouble, and no one longer knows, what in the heck is a mainframe or a z/OS, and that goes for young people like me, that has 25 years old or 35's younger.
The ones that knows how to use a mainframe and are experts have already more than 50's and they are retiring.

When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort

Get a legal copy.

The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.
