z/OS Information

Postby hakghen » Sun Dec 14, 2008 10:10 pm

Hello friends,

I found a free mainframe server that uses z/OS for studying purposes and I'm trying to do some roles in it, but I have some questions (some are very begginer ones, sorry for that).

First: Is there a way I can use the WGET command on Unix System Services to download remote files?

Second: How can I configure and setup the server to accept FTP connections?

That's it, thanks in advance,

Hello,

You need to ask these questions of the support people on that server.

We don't know their policies/procedures :?
Hope this helps,
