Command that lets me know all products installed

I want to have a command that lets me know all products installed in my mainframe.
We are a Z890 and Z / OS INSTALLED

No such command exists. Talk to your Systems Administration team.

hi check with this command
/d prog,registered
/d prog,unregistered
This will give the registered and unregistered IBM products.Let me check for the other products and will reply you ASAP

What i posted in the last reply was wrong,am sorry.
here is the answer for u
1) /d prod,state
2) /d prod,registered

Where the first one give u the registered IBM products
Second one says u the IBM and other products installed in the system
Check it and reply me

the command will not list all the products installed
it will list only those defined in the parmlib member ifaprdxx

I guess that You have ispf, cobol, cics, db2 installed
but they do not show up because an entry for them is not needed ( at least for zOS 1.10 )

And then there is all the vendor software that will not be listed too.

No silver bullet - you need good processes to track and report such things
Softaudit and IBMs HSIz(?) now TADz are a way forward - but still fraught with problems
