Hi Friends,

How to calculate Service Unit and Storage frame utilization for the specific address space in z/OS. Please reply me if anyone knows.

Why calculate it? Products such as Omegamon, Mainview, and MXI already provide this data.

The number of Service Units per CPU second value varies based on the processor make and model. You need to know your hardware type. An RMF CPU report can show you the SU/sec. value.

@Bill: thanks a lot. thats ok. . .cpu su = tcb(cpu time) * srm constant. srm constant will vary from server to server.So you meant say, last 15 min SU utilization for the particular active address space. Correct me if I am wrong.
