Question related to Systemp Completion Code

Postby Oceania » Wed Sep 18, 2013 9:13 am

I would like to ask under what circumstance and how a job which had generated a dump of system completion code 0C4 reason code 11 did not terminate itself. Thanks.

An obvious possibility is that a later step had COND=EVEN coded on the EXEC statement. There are many others; without seeing the JCL, message logs, etc. we cannot say what is the case.

Hello and welcome to the forum,

Possibly the 0c4 was "trapped" and the process allowed to continue.

As mentioned, we need to see the info generated by the run and the job that was submitted.
Hope this helps,
d.sch.
