RACF commands to TSS

hello,

I got this command list in RACF but my site has Top Secret product for security,
somebody can help me to translate this commands -
RDEFINE APPL FEKAPPL UACC(READ) -
DATA('RATIONAL DEVELOPER FOR SYSTEM Z')

SETROPTS RACLIST(APPL) REFRESH
18:52:18 David Maroshi - RDEFINE APPL FEKAPPL UACC(READ) -
