Authorization Access

Whenver i am trying to open a dataset i am getting the below message

ACF99913 ACF2 VIOLATION-00,00,P04201,PMIS25,TECH.JCLLIB,N/A
ACF90913 -DATASET CANNOT BE OPENED; AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED.

can anyone send me the code how we can achieve this.. i mean to give authorization access for a portioned dataset

Go and see your manager. If you require access to this data then he will authorise someone to give you access. I the meantime you are NOT permitted to access this data and there is nothing anyone can do on a forum - only your security people can give you access.
And why have you posted in the COBOL forum? Moving topic.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.
