RACF Passticket algorithm

Hi,
I was looking for a piece of code to generate RACF passtickets in a AIX server.

I've found a REXX example for Windows around the net:

But I would prefer to have the IBM algorithm in C (or perl):

If anyone has that code to share, or any tips on where to find it, I would appreciate it.
