Dynamic Configuration in z/VM

Is there a way to change an IP using conditional statements in PROFILE TCPIP in z/VM? I am trying to assign an IP to an LPAR based on CPUID. Is there a better way to change the IP during an IPL?

Have you thought about using an OBEYFILE?
