IOEFSPRM activation

Postby jaggz » Thu Nov 08, 2012 2:02 pm

Hi,

We are using ZFS dataset for our OMVS. So to get the benefit of Aggregate growth the IBM manual suggest to specify AGGROW=ON at IOEFSPRM and I have made the changes as per the recommendation. Is there a possibility to activate the IOEFSPRM changes without the need of IPL ?

Any suggestions are appreicated.

Have you tried stopping the ZFS started task and restarting it?

If you look in the documentation for the IOEFSPRM (Parmlib Statements documentation) you will usually find information about wether this statement can be activated, for example with a set ..... command.
