Dear friends:
I was downloaded the "IBM WebSphere Application Server OEM" pack from the JAZZ website. Then I FTP'ed these dataset to Mainframe. Now I have following datasets in mainframe:

Now might be a JCL taht OMVS can be able to identify or see the content of the HFS. (Any JCL that can introduce the "HBBN700.HBBN700.Fx" date set series to OMVS) and therefor I'll be able to see the WASOEM.sh script from the appropriate path in OMVS and run it for installing compeletion.
(I can't see the WASOEM.sh script in path: /usr/lpp/zWebsphereOEM/V7R0)
Can any body help me?

Those data sets look like an SMP/E installation needs to be done. I suspect the JCL is a PDS that includes jobs to execute SMP/E to RECEIVE, then APPLY the software. If you do not know how to use SMP/E, you need to contact your site support group and get their help to install the software. Assuming SMP/E is used, you will not see an installation script until after the SMP/E APPLY has been executed.

Yeah. You are right. But our site doesn't use SMP/E. And we must install WASOEM(and any other subsystems) whithout this facility. Where we can get more information about how to install it manually.

how in heaven does Your support manage the system ???
SMPE is mandatory to apply maintenance, implement user mods, install IBM and other vendor program.

nobody will ever waste time giving suggestion on how to implement on such idiotic requirement...
when the standard approach is so much simpler

As enrico stated, basically without SMP/E you will NOT be installing that software -- period. SMP/E does many, many, many things during the installation process, and it would take thousands of hours to develop a replacement for SMP/E.

And, by the way, it is not possible to install z/OS without using SMP/E at some point. IBM tells us at http://www-03.ibm.com/systems/z/os/zos/ ... index.html

Overview of SMP/E
SMP/E is the basic tool for installing and maintaining software in z/OS systems and subsystems. It controls these changes at the element level by:

Selecting the proper levels of elements to be installed from a large number of potential changes
Calling system utility programs to install the changes
Keeping records of the installed changes
SMP/E is an integral part of the installation, service, and maintenance processes for z/OS software products and product packages, such as CBPDO, ProductPac, RefreshPac, and selective follow-on service for CustomPac. In addition, SMP/E can be used to install and service any software that is packaged in SMP/E system modification (SYSMOD) format.

SMP/E can be run either using batch jobs or using dialogs under Interactive System Productivity Facility/Program Development Facility (ISPF/PDF). SMP/E dialogs help you interactively query the SMP/E database, as well as create and submit jobs to process SMP/E commands.
