Migration from Mainframe to others

We have an IBM Mainframe machine S3006 with OS/390 and we use IMS/VS DB/DC ver 6 Data Base.
We are looking for a machine that can be used without changing the data base and existing applications.
Beside that, we are seeking a solution to the migration from mainframe to PC.

So your migration effort may need to rethink its approach.
