how to work power on reset, and diff b/w power on reset and noraml load..

For someone whos skillset, i.e. what they know really well, is "mainframe" you should be providing the answer not asking the question. And your question framing skills are non-existent.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.
