What does "linux/windows" have to do with buying access on a mainframe?

Hello,

If you found a way to "buy access" how would you use it?

To do/learn much of anything, you would need much more than just a user-id.

If you post what yoj want to actually do, we may have suggestions.
Hope this helps,

Ok, your volume needs a "big box". What do you have that will run on both a Sun system and an IBM system?

I'd suggest you contact the IBM and Sun representatives in your area and ask what options you have.
Hope this helps,
