PCOMM macro reverse screen when specific text appears

1. I am trying to write a PCOM macro that enters a CICS transaction for example CESN, waits for the use to enter the userid and password and then when the next screen appears (or some specific text appears in the presentation area), to reverse the screen. I recorded the macro, but the user is inhibited when he has to enter the userid/password.
2.Alternative to the above is for a macro to be executed whenever a specific text appears on the screen. Is this possible?
