Micro Focus error

Hi,

Im not able to run MicroFocus on my Vista Machine. The error (pop-up) that comes up is - "Runtime error! Program: c:\mfe\mfide\bin\mfe.exe Abnormal program termination." Can anyone help me put here?? :(
