Job Title : SAP Consultant (HRIS)
Job Location : Hangzhou , China
Job Description in Detail :
1. Take part in SAP implementation projects as functional consultant.
2. Assist business development, project presale and presentation.
3. Provide application support service to customer's SAP system.
4. Provide professional consulting on business processes. Develop "to-be" processes based on the understanding of both customers' "as-is" and SAP functionality. Provide gap analysis.
5. Provide solution options and create high availability designs to meet customer's requirements.
6. Help program developers understand business and SAP processes.
7. Develop functional specs for SAP related programs.
8. Assist program developers in program and system integration testing.
9. Provide SAP expertise on the customer engagement team

Requirements : Skill and Knowledge Requirements
1. Be familiar with SAP implementation methodologies.
2. Good understanding of business processes and gap analysis skills.
3. Has industry specific knowledge.
4. Ability to support presales, develop proposals and make effective presentations.
5. Good command of English in listening, writing and speaking.


Job Title : Oracle consultant (Manufacturing and Distribution)
Job Location : Hangzhou , China
Job Description in Detail :
1.Be responsible for managing the implementation and support of Oracle SCM modules, esp. in Oracle manufacturing modules (INV,BOM,WIP,MRP/ASCP) & Distribution modules (PO,OM); Knowing business process of SCM industry;
2.Work as independent consultant in Oracle SCM, should guide and lead junior consultant in the team;
3.Help clients to make necessary business process reengineering and provide appropriate solutions to client business requirements;
4.Work together with other module consultants for system integration.
Requirements : 1.Bachelor degree or above, good command of English;
2.3 years above experience in Oracle SCM modules Implementation, Support, Migration and Upgrade experience;
3.Excellent communication, interpersonal negotiation and presentation skills;
4.Ability to work within and share knowledge across a globally connected team with a common vision;
