Revenue growth; shares new ESM products and services with the client.
Experience in a global environment, working with multiple project-teams, managing large team simultaneously.
Experience in BMC monitoring tools, Database Skills, Middleware skills, Scripting Skills, Awareness of ITSM, Java programming, Know-how of the interrelations in the area of IT Service Management (ITIL)

2 Storage-Backup CoE Head:
Minimum 12 yrs of storage domain experience with strong Technical skills in Storage - SAN/NAS (EMC, Hitachi, NetApps)/Backup Products and in Operating Systems - Unix (AIX, HP-UX, Solaris), Windows Operating Systems.
Hands on Storage and Tape Library.
SAN Storage/Backup Administrator/Consultant/SME on IBM ESS/DS8000, NetApp, EMC Clariion/DMX.
SAN configuration Storage initial formatting Storage and SAN configuration changes Storage and SAN operations (LUNs allocation, reallocation, zoning...)
Monitoring Storage and backup operations and providing optimization, troubleshooting, solving the problems.
Exposure to monitoring, management services, configurations changes, planning issues - and other administration activities like Creating LUN's, RAID groups, Storage groups allocation and reallocation of LUN's, Zoning and other fabric management / monitoring tasks.
Should have designed and managed Highly Available / Disaster Recovery infrastructure, Exposure to SAN , NAS Set up and management .

3 SOC Delivery Manager:
Minimum 10 - 12 yrs of which at least 3 years should be as SOC Delivery Manager for Infrastructure Management Services of a medium or large sized account. 4 years experience incident handling using SEIM solution. 10 years experience working in IT Security.
Experience with SEIM solutions, RSA / ArcSight, Knowledge of CVE
Responsible for Event Monitoring, day to day operations for Security Operation Center, incident handling for internal as well as external clients.
Responsible for overseeing in writing rules, filters, and aggregation.
Ensure Incident Handling procedures are followed .
Ensure that the SIEM product is kept up to date and functioning correctly.
Know the difference between an event and incident.
Ensure that quality control on different actionable items are to the utmost standards.
Own the initial assessment and initial response of actionable items.
Implements temporary and permanent fixes depending on SOW signed.

Overall 10+ years of Domain Experience in the Web Infrastructure and Middleware and having worked in Large E Commerce Datacenter Environments.
Part of the Web Infrastructure and Middleware Center of Excellence and Drives technology Excellence in these Areas - Application -Servers like Weblogic, Websphere , Sun-One-Application Server – Installation and Administration, Web Servers Like IIS, Apache, TOMCAT, etc, Internet Security, Tools used in conjunction with these domains.
Identify Services to be rolled out to customer and Productize them in conjunction with the Productization team.
Evaluate New Products and technologies for rolling out to customers.
Drive Competency Development(skills and certifications) across the practice in all locations.
Drive and manage Best Practices and KM Initiative.
Create Labs for Proof of Concepts.
Exposure to System Management and Load Testing tools.
Good trouble shooting skills and being able to mentor Web Infrastructure and Application- Server Administration specialists and handle Escalated calls.
