sir,
I have done BCA from IGNOU. And now i am in last semester of MCA(IGNOU). I want to do training in mainframe.
1.I want to know that will this correspondence degree will cause and hindrance to me?
2.I also want to know,"will i get enough opportunities after training in mainframe?"
3.Which institute will be best for me ?

Hello and welcome to the forum,

For your questions i suggest talking with people who have done this before you. Some may reply here, but i suspect personal conversation would be more productive.

They can provide better answers for the first and third question. For your second question - that will depend on which employers are looking for new people at the time you are looking for employment. It varies. If you are willing/able to relocate, there may be more opportunities.
Hope this helps,
d.sch.

What is your current location, being in some near by metro city should help you?

Degree from IGNOU should not be a hurdle, if you prefer to work instead of high-payment in start. Not to disappoint you, however, just to keep you informed, there are couple of companies in India which do not entertain correspondence degrees but once you get some experience they don't really care about it.
