2 years experience as Mainframe developer in chennai

I am having 2 years experience in Mainframe Applications. I had upload my profile in job related sites but im not getting any call regarding the openings. And my friends even refered in their company portal. I got fear as this is not the good time to search for new job.
Is there any other thing that i want to do for reaching the recruiters???
Or is there any other place to see the current openings??
