The answer depends upon the client -- different sites have different contracts with the vendors and pricing will depend upon the contract. There is also the question of machine model and type to consider -- as the MSU rating of the box goes up, the software prices go up. So for one box Endevor might be cheaper than Changeman whereas for another box of different size, Changeman might be cheaper. The only way to know for sure is for the client to ask for pricing for each product and compare the quotes.
