Hi
In my recent interview i was asked a question

how to find a program as a static or dynamic?

I replied that it is through fetchable option if fetchable option is mentioned in pgm then we can able to identify dynamic.

But the interviewer was not satisfied. He needed more clarification

Can anyone help here
