There is no "full form" - these are not abbreviations. Here is the info Steve provided to the mis-placed question (which has been removed from the "other" topic):

Most IBM programs (and messages) start with 3 characters. Way back in OS/360 IEB was assigned to a group of program collectively called "data set utilities," and IEH was assigned to a group of programs collectively called "system utilities." The data set utilities used DD names (usually SYSUT1 for input, or SYSUT2 for output) to define their data sets; the system utilities usually specified data set names provided in control statements, combined with DD names that specified volumes, but not data sets. These same characters continue in use to this day.

The letter following a product name (E, F, G, H) refers to the storage required for the product. Subtract 20K (the approximate size of the OS/360 PCP nucleus) to get the actual storage: E - 32K, F - 64K, G- 128K, H - 256K, so an E-level program required 12K, and so on. F (64K-20K, or 44K) was a sort of sweet spot. (PL/I-F, Assembler F, Linkage Editor F). Fortran-G (128K-20K, or 108K) was probably the most used Fortran compiler; it actually wrote excellent code; Fortran H, by comparison (256K-20K, or 226K) was little used, even on H level and larger machines.

Assembler H, always a program product, used IEV as its module and message prefix; its derivative, the High Level Assembler, uses ASMA as its module and message prefix.
