When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort

You obviously do not yet understand how forums typically work. Employers usually do not spend time here other than to post job vacancies (they are looking for applicants). They are also not likely to send you a "real time project" - why would some "employer" send you this information (possibly confidential) when you have no association with their organization?
