What is the use of VSAM file ? when can we use VSAM file. And how to read VSAM file?

VSAM is a file organization of data, access is either keyed, sequential, relative byte or relative record based.

If you do not have the faintest idea about what a vsam file is and how to read one, the forum is not a proper place for you. . .
