Has anyone run hercules on linux successful?
i used the herculesstudio.when i press START there was no any response,and no message.
i need you help.

Try a Hercules forum. This forum does not support Hercules - it does not do much Linux support either. It concentrates mainly on zOS.

did You build Hercules with the --enable-external-gui flag ?
hercules 3.07 Linux snapshots do not provide it!

why google ?, google will not provide the answer to the question I asked
until the TS answers nobody, even from the hercules community, can provide assistance.

Because, with judicious use of quotation marks, you get to the Hercules Studio page including Linux RPMs with gui support.
I thought to myself that TS's response to your question indicated a negative. OK, TS may not want to download again, but go another route, I didn't look beyond the first hit to see if anything would help them to "build the flag".

all the info You ( the TS ) will need to build the Hercules executables is available here
