I believe you will help me at the earliest ,,,

You belief is plain wrong

remember ...
replying on a forum is on voluntary basis
on our own time(*)
(*) or in other words when we feel like, not when You believe we should
free of charge

if You have time constraint get a paid consultant
or even better learn to read...
when You go to the COBOL part of the forums
the very first topic ( sticky )is
2-file match/merge sample code
ibm-cobol/file-match-merge-sample-code-t881.html

which, if You are willing to read contains a starting point for Your urgent issue
cheers
enrico
When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort

Or even just use the search facility as this question is asked so many times.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.
