Features of Enterprise cobol on Desktop

I am only getting versions of old Cobol Compilers. Can I get a compiler for my desktop PC having a Cobol compiler which can process statements like 'EVALUATE' and the ability to use reference modification. I mean the capabilities that Enterprise Cobol compiler has on the Mainframe.

Hi dick..Am also in search of a cobol compiler for pc with enterprise cobol features..I had hunted for the same in the website provided by you but couldn find any suitable match..am using win xp..can you provide the direct link please??it will be of great help..

MicroFocus COBOL should be able to do everything you need.
