HI ALL,

While working in ispf, i have submitted a job and it shooted and abended error, and in some cases im getting an JCL error. Could anyone please teach me that how to find the error that was actually occured in the job (COMMAND TO FIND THE ERROR LINE IN THE JOB OR IN THE HELD OUTPUT QUEUE).Im new to this mainframe and slowly im learning this all wiht my interest..Thank you for your help in this.Thank you

Look exactly at the output of the job run and you will find the error, often you will be able to recognize the problem then, if not, look up the error message. These are basic concepts that you need to learn how to do. It is also very important to talk to your co-workers, they can help you and show you the ropes.
